Terms & Conditions  

  • Amethyst Art Factory make order specially for customers and currently we don't keep any stock, Please get in touch by email for orders. 

  • Minimum lead time is one months and based on requirements may increase up to 6 months. 

  • Crazing, shade in color and natural variation between handmade tiles is inherent.

  • All orders require a 50% deposit. Balance due at collection or pre delivery, or on notification ready for pick up.

  • Storage charges will apply if goods are not taken within 2 weeks or an agreed time frame.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring their tradesmen are qualified to install the product selected. If concerned please contact our staff for product information or assistance.

  • Please check the tile quantities, layout, suitability of adhesive & Grout  BEFORE laying commences. (As per Australian Standards).

  • No claims are accepted after the tiles are laid.

  • Amethyst Art Factory extends no guarantees, expressed or limited as to slip wear, installation or maintenance.

  • Returns require invoice. Tiles must be in good condition in full un-opened boxes & within one months of invoice date.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Amethyst Art Factory until paid in full.
